Thursday on The Today Show, there was quick expose about Giada and her late brother's bout with Skin cancer. If you have watched Giada's episode of Chefography, then this story is nothing new to you. If you haven't, check it out to learn a little more about our favorite chef and her life.

On a side note, it seems that Giada is taking on more and more types of segments and stories on the Today show, including the introduction of this segment and a expose on Kobe Beef here. With her extremely photogenic look and on camera personality, I think we are going to see a lot more of this. Who knows, you might see Giada sitting in Meredith's chair sometime. (Dare to dream).
